Candidates should have a proven track record of at least 5+ years in demand generation or related marketing roles, demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and executing successful webinars, and extensive experience with webinar programs and email marketing. They should also possess strategic thinking and project management skills, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

The Webinar Marketing Manager will design and execute a global webinar strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives, own and manage the global webinar editorial calendar, oversee the entire webinar lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content repurposing opportunities, maintain a centralized webinar content library and create an on-demand experience, develop automated nurture tracks and webinar-specific lead flows, coordinate webinar promotion and registration strategies, run live webinars, serve as the primary point of contact for upcoming webinars, analyze post-webinar performance data, develop and maintain webinar guidelines and best practices, stay current on industry trends, and foster strong partnerships across marketing, sales, product, and operations to ensure alignment on webinar goals.
