We are seeking a passionate professional to join our Web3 team, launched in April 2025, to contribute to the development of a Japanese cashless payment and financial life platform, evolving PayPay into a mobile-centric financial super app.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of business development experience in B2B or B2C companies.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Business English: TOEIC score of 800 or higher.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute viable business plans, including business models and strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities.
• Web3.0 Interest (Preferred): Familiarity and interest in cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, STOs, blockchain, and NFTs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of new business schemes.
• Construct and refine business models.
• Lead and guide user case development projects.
• Coordinate and manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and generate revenue forecasts.
• Conceptualize and develop 0→1 new business ventures.
• Explore and establish alliances through partnerships, including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and other collaborations.
• Contribute to the development of products such as crypto, stablecoins, and STOs (product focus may evolve).
