Requirements

  • Experiencia previa como Operador de Almacén (1 año) en la industria alimenticia o farmacéutica preferiblemente
  • Preferentemente experiencia y certificación en la operación de montacargas contrabalanceado y hombre a pie de tipo eléctricos; la experiencia con patinetas eléctricas también es valiosa
  • Familiaridad con estándares ISO, GMPs, Inocuidad y herramientas de mejora continua y solución de problemas
  • Nivel educativo: Bachillerato trunco o terminado
  • Altos estándares éticos, compromiso con la organización y sus procesos
  • Conciencia del valor de los materiales que maneja y el impacto en la cadena de suministro

Responsibilities

  • Ejecutar y confirmar transacciones de bin a bin en SAP o Datapass después del movimiento físico de material, asegurando precisión en cantidad, lote, artículo y ubicación
  • Realizar y confirmar procesos de picking, packing y loading para envíos locales y de exportación, observando cantidad, lote, artículo, ubicación y FEFO (Primero en Expirar, Primero en Salir)
  • Ejecutar y confirmar procesos de picking para suministro de planta, adheriéndose a cantidad, lote, artículo, ubicación y FEFO
  • Identificar, segregar, solicitar la creación de QN al Team Leader y entregar materiales no conformes al equipo de MNC
  • Participar en procedimientos de conteo cíclico y conteos generales según lo programado o requerido
  • Garantizar el uso y mantenimiento adecuados de los equipos asignados (dispositivos de mano, impresoras, computadoras, montacargas, patinetas eléctricas, etc.)
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento a los programas y procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión Integrado así como a los estándares de Excelencia Operacional
  • Mantener las condiciones de almacenamiento adecuadas para todos los materiales en los almacenes
  • Participar en los programas de seguridad y salud laboral
  • Comprender y estar al tanto de las matrices de riesgo dentro de su área de trabajo
