About the Role
We are seeking a technically proficient and people-oriented problem solver to lead and enhance our client's internal "War Room" initiative. This high-impact program aims to accelerate strategic enterprise deals through structured, cross-functional collaboration.
This position requires a blend of facilitation and hands-on technical integration. You should be comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders and possess the practical skills to troubleshoot and build integrations using APIs, automation platforms, and workflow tools.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Program Facilitation & Coordination
- Lead War Room sessions, setting the tone, ensuring productive discussions, and clarifying action items.
- Manage the intake flow, including reviewing deal submissions, qualifying opportunities, and determining next steps.
- Schedule and adjust War Room sessions across global time zones.
- Proactively communicate with participants via Slack/email to ensure preparation and attendance.
- Attend meetings to manage flow, identify blockers, and drive alignment across teams.
Hands-On Technical Integration & Workflow Automation
- Build and maintain integrations between scheduling tools, CRMs, Slack, and AI platforms.
- Resolve real-time technical challenges, such as fixing broken automations or debugging API connections.
- Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual effort in scheduling, follow-up, and reporting.
- Integrate AI tools for transcription, summarization, and reporting.
Session Support & Execution
- Ensure meetings are well-structured, recorded, and documented.
- Distribute concise follow-up notes and AI-generated summaries.
- Launch and manage dedicated Slack channels to track follow-up actions to completion.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Track KPIs and surface insights to improve program speed, efficiency, and adoption.
- Identify and remove process bottlenecks.
