Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and People Operations, with a strong preference for experience in a high-growth technology company. Demonstrated leadership experience building and scaling global teams is essential, along with a deep understanding of compensation, benefits, employee lifecycle processes, and HR technology. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are required, as is the ability to navigate complex global employment laws and regulations.
As the VP, Total Rewards & People Operations, you will lead a global team responsible for developing and executing total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and equity, tailored to diverse regions such as Australia, the US, and EMEA. You will guide the strategic direction of executive compensation, continuously improve global employee lifecycle processes, drive HR technology strategy, and ensure global compliance across various legal and regulatory areas. Additionally, you will leverage people analytics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the company, ultimately shaping the Camper experience and operational excellence.
