Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards and people operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, HR compliance, HRIS systems, and workforce analytics is essential. Experience with multi-state compliance and equity analysis is highly desired.
The Vice President, Total Rewards & People Operations will develop and lead Alma’s total rewards strategy, overseeing base salary structures, incentive programs, and equity-based compensation. They will conduct compensation benchmarking and pay equity analyses, ensuring compliance with pay transparency laws, manage Alma’s benefits programs, and partner with Finance and Legal on budgeting, compensation planning, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, this role will oversee the team, grow the team as needed, and ensure Alma remains a top employer by offering competitive compensation, meaningful benefits, and seamless people operations.
