Responsibilities

The Sr. Compensation Analyst will own and maintain compensation bands across departments and levels, iterating regularly based on market shifts and business priorities. They will partner closely with Recruiting to shape offers, collaborate with RevOps and Sales leadership to inform incentive plan design, track trends in the engineering and AI talent markets, analyze internal pay equity and market competitiveness, and support the evolution of key compensation processes. Additionally, the role involves developing tools and dashboards for stakeholders and serving as a strategic thought partner to People leadership.
