The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will design and implement Total Rewards programs that are competitive, compliant, fiscally responsible, and aligned with business goals, managing annual compensation processes such as merit and promotion cycles, and advising on Executive Compensation. They will also develop and manage global equity programs, including grant tracking and modeling, oversee global benefits programs, and utilize analytics to reinforce a pay-for-performance culture, driving automation and efficiency across Total Rewards processes.
