Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Total Rewards Partner, you will develop and maintain the job architecture framework, ensuring accurate compensation structure configuration and governance within the HRIS. You will also partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to apply compensation principles, manage incentive plans, monitor pay transparency laws, analyze data to inform strategies, and create communication materials to educate employees about total rewards programs. Furthermore, you will review pay increases and promotions, lead educational sessions for people leaders, and collaborate with the talent acquisition team on compensation decisions.
