As a VP, Total Rewards & People Operations, you will lead a global team, own the strategy and execution of total rewards programs tailored to different regions, guide executive compensation and equity, continuously improve employee lifecycle processes, drive HR technology strategy, ensure global compliance, and leverage people analytics to enable data-driven decision-making across the company.
