Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of Human Resources/People Operations Analyst experience, proven experience as a Workday administrator with a focus on data integrity and process optimization, advanced Excel experience building models for analytics and system auditing, and experience in analyzing and reporting HR-related data. Strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to shifting priorities, personal accountability, and the capacity to collaborate effectively are also required.

Responsibilities

The People Operations Analyst will lead and ensure data continuity by accurately entering and importing data across HR systems, provide comprehensive reporting and analytic support for Total Rewards & People Operations programs, support the analysis of compensation data, assist in job evaluations and salary banding processes, address and resolve employee and manager requests, develop process maps, provide insights into HR systems, utilize data from surveys to identify improvements, identify trends and propose solutions, and complete process documentation.
