Requirements

Candidates should possess a working knowledge of COBIT, NIST, ISO, and ITIL frameworks, along with relevant certifications in information technology. Demonstrated sound business judgment and the ability to liaise with leaders and SMEs to facilitate outcomes are essential. Experience in driving change related to best practices within a technology organization is also required.

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Technology Governance and Operations will define and maintain the IT business operations strategy, develop roadmaps for IT service delivery, and establish policies, standards, and procedures for IT operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements. This role involves partnering with control owners, collaborating with Risk and Internal Audit leaders, and adopting risk management frameworks to lead PTG's risk assessments. Responsibilities also include overseeing IT financial management, defining and tracking KPIs, leading ITSM initiatives, managing workforce planning, overseeing vendor performance, monitoring IT project portfolios, and ensuring smooth implementation of IT changes.
