The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a proven track record of successfully executing complex M&A transactions and strategic partnerships. They should have a deep understanding of the retail and consumer industries, including experience evaluating market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities. Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
As the Vice President of Private Equity- M&A Portfolio Value Creation, you will own the full M&A lifecycle—from diligence through integration—and spearhead value-creation initiatives across our portfolio. You will collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine CSC Generation’s dM&A strategy, lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning, and conduct post-acquisition operational integration. You will also be responsible for negotiating LOIs and purchase agreements, leading synergy realization, conducting market research, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing leadership and mentorship.
