Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 15+ years of experience in product management, including experience with both organic product development and acquisitions, along with 10+ years of experience managing senior individual contributors and other leads/managers. Experience in managing network management and network security solutions to enterprise customers is essential, as is familiarity with SaaS, AI, and platform technologies.

Responsibilities

As the VP, Portfolio Product Management, you will drive portfolio planning and resource investment rationale across a broad portfolio of products, aligning with other company executives in finance, sales, professional services, and support. You will establish a corporate pricing and packaging strategy, including product-led growth, drive key use-case and technology initiatives across multiple product lines, develop strategic plans to accomplish technical and business objectives, and coach, mentor, and develop top talent within the organization.
