Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Vice President of Growth to lead strategic sales efforts for Arcadia for Providers. This individual will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market plans, evaluating new business opportunities, and crafting tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact for both prospective and current Arcadia customers. This individual will live in the geographical territory.
In this role, you’ll work across functional teams—including product, marketing, sales, platform, and customer success—to translate complex customer challenges into actionable strategies. You’ll take a consultative approach, partnering with sales operations to deeply understand client needs and align Arcadia’s platform, services, and capabilities to address those pain points. The ideal candidate will bring a unique mix of strategic advisory skills, fluency in healthcare business models and policy, and experience with enabling technologies such as data platforms, software solutions, workflow tools, analytics, and AI—particularly as they apply to value-based care.
Reporting to the VP, Growth, the EVP, Growth is charged with generating new business opportunities for Arcadia. The EVP, Growth - Provider is responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new accounts in the Healthcare market, which Arcadia defines as including Provider Groups, Health Systems, IDNs, Clinically Integrated Networks, and Accountable Care Organizations.
