The SVP, Payer Growth candidate should possess deep expertise and established relationships in the healthcare industry, specifically within payer and channel partnerships, including national and regional health plans, PBMs, and other channel partners. They should have a strong understanding of healthcare finance and operations, and the ability to drive sales, revenue, and profitability conversion targets.
As the SVP, Payer Growth, you will manage and cultivate the Payer/Channel team, overseeing channel partnerships and collaborating across the company to achieve ambitious sales, revenue, and profitability targets. You will work closely with Finance and Operations to monitor channel P&L performance, manage cross-functional performance improvement initiatives, and nurture and grow payer and channel relationships, both personally and through the leadership of the Executive team.
