Juniper Square is seeking a New York-based Sales Leader to lead their rapidly growing private equity sales effort. This role will focus on selling fund administration and software solutions to private equity General Partners (GPs), ranging from emerging to institutional managers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, developing their talent, and refining the sales strategy for private equity. This role will collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to expand Juniper Square's position in the private markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives, selling fund administration and software solutions to private equity GPs.
  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture, motivating the team to exceed targets.
  • Develop career advancement strategies for top performers and ensure succession planning.
  • Deeply understand Juniper Square’s solution set and the customer outcomes those solutions drive.
  • Maintain a deep connection to the private equity industry, extending the team’s network through relationships and industry events.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, coaching the team on deal strategy.
  • Train the team on the nuances of private equity managers and build credibility with GP finance executives (CFOs, Controllers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation and refine sales collateral.
  • Stay abreast of shifts in the competitive landscape.
