A strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, accounting principles, and industry best practices is essential, along with exceptional leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and proficiency in Salesforce are required. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is also necessary.
The Director of Private Equity Sales will lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives and cultivate a high-performance sales culture. They will develop career advancement strategies for top performers and maintain a deep understanding of Juniper Square’s solutions and customer outcomes. The role requires fostering relationships within the private equity industry, overseeing the entire sales cycle, and coaching team members on deal strategy. They will train the team on private equity nuances, collaborate with Marketing for demand generation, and provide sales insights to product family General Managers while forecasting team performance for executive management.
