Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 15+ years of experience in a Human Resource role, with at least 8 years of people management experience, demonstrated success in leadership roles with global responsibility, working knowledge of HRIS Systems including Paylocity, and a strong understanding of employment law across all states throughout the US; experience with a remote workforce is a plus. Additionally, experience working in a high-growth company or startup, particularly in the DTC/Wellness category, is preferred.

Responsibilities

As the VP, People & Experience, the candidate will lead a high-impact HRBP function partnering with the business, serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on team effectiveness and organizational dynamics, coach and guide leaders on employee matters, drive org design efforts to ensure optimal structure and scalability, partner with Finance and the business to lead strategic workforce planning, build and steward leadership development programs, develop and execute company-wide talent planning practices including succession planning, lead engagement strategy and survey cycles, champion programs that deepen connection and recognition, and partner with functional leaders to reinforce culture and drive alignment.
