You will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and enabling leaders to build engaged, high-impact teams.
This role requires a strategic mindset, a bias for action, and deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change leadership. This role partners with executives and frontline leaders to develop and execute initiatives designed to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness and deliver on our People and Culture's mission of helping each Omadan be at their best and do their best work. The ideal candidate will contribute at both the hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing innovative culture as the organization scales and grows.
