Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development is also required.
As the Director, Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leaders and client groups, fostering trust and collaboration. You will lead the development and execution of workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives, influencing leadership decisions with data-driven recommendations. You will also navigate organizational change, mitigate risks, optimize team effectiveness, and partner with leaders to develop and retain top talent, ensuring robust succession planning. Furthermore, you will drive leadership capability-building, collaborate with P&C Centers of Excellence, and manage the annual performance management cycle, including talent review and compensation administration, while providing guidance on conflict resolution and complex people issues.
