They must have knowledge of the current technology vendor landscape, the ability to manage interdependencies across the organization, and experience with product launches, refinements, and iterations. Furthermore, candidates need to demonstrate customer-centricity, business case development skills, and the ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.
The Product Director, Workplace Solutions will shape the claims product platform vision with customer-centricity, develop business cases for further investment, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and refine the product roadmap. They will also scope the minimum viable product, build and prioritize the product backlog, lead product launches and iterations, and manage client insights to understand evolving needs and enhance the user experience.
