Why This Role is Exciting

As a People Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to align our people strategy with business strategy by partnering with leaders, managers, and employees within our Customer Advisory Services and Finance, Operations, and Legal organizations. You will serve as a trusted resource and advisor, fostering trust through HR processes, developing leadership capabilities, and providing coaching and support throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the broader People team and internal stakeholders to guide critical activities such as:

  • Performance and talent reviews
  • Compensation planning
  • Performance management
  • Career development
  • Leadership coaching

  • Headcount planning
  • Employee relations

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 8 years of human resources experience, with at least 5 years as a People Business Partner.
  • Experience in dynamic, scaling companies with a focus on strategic partnership supporting senior leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources practices.
  • Working knowledge of state and federal employment law.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and ambiguity into simplicity and clarity.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to build and align talent strategy with business goals.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting a matrixed, global team within the technology sector.
  • Experience supporting customer success, support, and professional services organizations.
