Take a seat on the Xplor Pay rocketship and join us as a VP of Sales, Direct Sales in the Mid Atlantic region to help people succeed. From dropping your kids off at childcare, getting something at home repaired, going to the gym or a fitness studio, to picking up your dry cleaning — our software, payments, and commerce-enabling solutions help everyday life businesses to overcome obstacles and form great relationships with their customers.
The VP will build, manage and lead a direct sales division at Xplor Pay, which includes Regional Sales Directors, District Managers, and Account Executives. The Vice President of Sales will be tasked with achieving and surpassing team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Importantly, as Xplor Pay is in a very high growth mode, the VP will need to heavily and consistently recruit to build and continue to expand their territory.
