As the Regional Vice President of Sales, South Central, the individual will report directly to the VP of Sales and lead a team of Sales Directors focused on driving growth, cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture, establish and refine onboarding processes, help shape the sales playbook, foster alignment with cross-functional teams, and define and execute strategic plans for key accounts.
