Data-driven analysis and a track record of revenue growth are essential, along with experience successfully managing up and building collaborative relationships to meet shared goals.

Responsibilities

As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue objectives for enterprise sales, lead by example and foster a high-performance sales culture, build a strong sales pipeline through networking and lead generation, cultivate deep relationships with key enterprise accounts, identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities, work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, regularly track and report on key sales metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies. Additionally, you will travel to client sites and conferences approximately 30%-40% of the time.
