Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in online advertising, including programmatic buying, account management, or sales, and 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing revenue-focused sales or business development teams. They require solid relationships across independent agencies, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. A clear understanding of SSPs/exchanges and programmatic buying fundamentals is also necessary, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. An MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Regional Vice President will manage a team of Sellers and Account Managers to grow revenue with their assigned territory/portfolio, function as a business owner for their team’s assigned book, and establish OpenX as a trusted partner in the programmatic space. They will be responsible for expanding existing senior-level partnerships, growing the OpenX client roster, further entrenching OpenX as a market leader, delivering OpenX’s suite of programmatic and identity-based solutions to clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Additionally, they will need to travel up to 30% of the time and provide regular updates on performance, client engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
