A strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape, particularly Shopify, is essential, along with exceptional leadership and team-building skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
The VP of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and support growth objectives. They will build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global sales team while driving new business acquisition and expanding the existing customer base. Collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams is crucial to maximize revenue opportunities. Additionally, the VP will establish and optimize sales processes, analyze market trends, provide accurate sales forecasting, and represent Gorgias at industry events.
