The Vice President of Revenue Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for optimizing the entire revenue lifecycle. This position ensures scalable growth, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence by overseeing the alignment and performance of sales, marketing, customer success, and finance operations. The VP of Revenue Operations will lead a team focused on analytics, systems, enablement, and process improvement to maximize revenue efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Partner with executive leadership to drive go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Revenue Process Optimization:
    • Design and implement scalable processes across the revenue funnel (lead to renewal).
    • Identify and remove bottlenecks in the sales and customer lifecycle.
  • Data & Analytics:
    • Own revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
    • Provide actionable insights to drive growth and improve conversion rates.
  • Technology & Systems:
    • Oversee the tech stack for sales, marketing, and customer success (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, BI tools).
    • Ensure systems are integrated, optimized, and support business needs.
  • Enablement & Training:
    • Lead sales and customer success enablement initiatives.
    • Ensure teams are equipped with the tools, content, and training needed to succeed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
    • Align departmental goals and metrics to ensure cohesive execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership experience in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating acquisitions and related Salesforce migration projects.
  • Experience scaling operations in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with RevOps frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
