Requirements

The Vice President of Revenue Operations requires 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields, proven leadership experience in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment, strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and BI tools, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (an MBA is preferred).

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Revenue Operations will develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with company goals, partner with executive leadership to drive go-to-market strategy and execution, design and implement scalable processes across the revenue funnel (lead to renewal), own revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting, provide actionable insights to drive growth and improve conversion rates, oversee the tech stack for sales, marketing, and customer success, ensure systems are integrated, optimized, and support business needs, lead sales and customer success enablement initiatives, ensure teams are equipped with the tools, content, and training needed to succeed, act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams, align departmental goals and metrics to ensure cohesive execution, and integrate acquisitions and related salesforce migration projects.
