Responsibilities

Act as the most senior technologist in the consulting organization
Serve as "CTO" for customer accounts, building key relationships and aligning to their outcomes
Act as technical expert for active projects, ensuring delivery quality and execution
Go into the code, upskill team members, and guide establishment of engineering excellence culture
Innovate for the company by turning account-specific ideas into reusable methodologies
Help the organization choose and apply right technologies/approaches to emerging trends
Serve as the standard bearer of engineering excellence
