Requirements

Candidates should possess 12+ years of field sales experience focused on generating new business within enterprise accounts (Fortune 100 Companies), with an emphasis on supply chain and retail/grocery related technology, and 4+ years of experience building and leading a team of Account Managers. They should have a history of understanding customer pain points and strategic initiatives, and be comfortable managing complex customer relationships across Fortune 100 companies.

Responsibilities

As the VP of Account Management, the individual will be responsible for building and managing a team of Account Executives, working closely with customers to identify pain points and opportunities for Afresh to deliver value, driving full cycle enterprise sales processes, establishing themselves as a trusted advisor and Afresh as a strategic partner, serving as a coach and mentor for the team, establishing themselves as a key leader to collaborate across Product, Operations, and Engineering to prioritize customer needs, and managing renewal and expansion cycles with existing customers.
