The VP, Industry Lead, Beverage/Alcohol will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for managing individual contributors, achieving quota by nurturing existing relationships and initiating new relationships among partners. They will be responsible for managing a team of new business sales professionals and account managers who are jointly responsible for achieving quota. This role is crucial in driving brand loyalty and creating lifelong consumers through the Fetch platform.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Manage the identification, creation, and management of key account/business relationships with select partners and prospective partners.
  • Solution Development: Offer and/or develop solutions, which may include complementary products/services, to produce revenue-generating opportunities for the company.
  • Revenue Oversight: Oversee industry sales revenue and progress to quota, providing accurate assessment of progress to Fetch leadership.
  • Team Management: Manage those in Partner and Account track. Guide teams and hold them accountable for progress to quota and other pillars of success in sales.
  • Personnel Decisions: Make personnel/headcount decisions (including hiring, termination, and PIPs) quickly and decisively, considering feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Coaching & Guidance: Provide tailored coaching, guidance, and feedback to partner professionals in sales and account-management functions.
  • Sales Direction: Direct sales professionals to work efficiently to expand influence across targeted accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with senior members of cross-functional teams.
