Requirements

  • Skills in building effective partnerships with target accounts by matching solutions to customer needs and leveraging local guidelines/pathways
  • Capability to implement LHE guidance, patient pathways, and maximize formulary pull-through
  • Experience in developing customer advocacy with key consultants, DSNs, clinical leads, payers, and patient associations
  • Proficiency in working with local ADC colleagues, Regional Managers, sales executives, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute account plans
  • Compliance with quality system requirements in all activities
  • Strong planning and time management skills to deliver optimal virtual coverage and frequency of target accounts while managing administrative responsibilities
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders, develop stakeholder/influencer maps, and pull through business opportunities
  • Competence in achieving high customer satisfaction, delivering agreed NPS scores, and optimizing resource use including sampling/patient support
  • Skills in virtually upgrading patients to FreeStyle Libre Flash Glucose Monitoring system and LibreView, with effective patient information collation and retention

Responsibilities

  • Drive patient acquisition, sales, and awareness of ADC Flash Glucose Monitoring system, FreeStyle product portfolio, and digital ecosystem across target accounts through national strategy execution
  • Educate, train, and support patients via virtual platforms on FreeStyle Libre and digital health solutions
  • Educate and train HCPs via virtual platforms on interpreting Digital Health Solutions Reports, LibreView, and FreeStyle Libre applications to establish as standard for diabetes care
  • Build partnerships with target accounts to drive mutually productive outcomes
  • Implement LHE guidance and patient pathways, upgrading target patient cohorts to FreeStyle Libre
  • Minimize negative factors in local healthcare economy to create positive prescribing environment
  • Develop and leverage customer advocacy for ADC and its brands
  • Work with local ADC colleagues to develop and execute account plans to increase sales and market share
  • Provide outstanding service to target customers for optimal patient retention
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers, sales executives, and stakeholders on account plans and implementation projects
  • Train and educate patients remotely on FreeStyle Libre and digital ecosystem
  • Conduct virtual promotion of ADC products and services to CCGs/Health Boards/Trusts, diabetes centres, primary care, clinical customers, and pharmacists
  • Plan and deliver virtual working days for optimal account coverage and customer contact
  • Identify and pull through opportunities within target accounts
  • Work with regional team to identify stakeholders and develop account plans with maps
  • Ensure successful virtual implementation of ADC solutions/services for high customer satisfaction and NPS scores
  • Optimize resource and patient support/sampling in target accounts
  • Virtually upgrade patients to FreeStyle Libre and LibreView, collating patient information for retention
  • Remotely train and educate physicians, nurses, and patients on FreeStyle Libre products, embedding as standard of care
  • Engage strategic customers and influencers per stakeholder maps, in conjunction with Regional Manager, Market Access Specialist, and Territory Manager
