Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3+ years’ experience or 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferred track record of success in meeting both customer needs, and corporate sale objectives
  • Preferred clinical or science background
  • Must be highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 20% travel is required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals for Baxter’s Medication Delivery products in the Territory
  • Carry out sales strategies and complete business plan to achieve sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives
  • Calls on acute hospital customers, delivers effective sales presentations, provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and education
  • Works in close harmony with Infusion Systems and Pharmacy Specialists to achieve assigned goals and objectives
  • Protect, service, and grow current base of business
  • Responsible for managing and improving Baxter GPO contracts
  • Serve as a resource for market information for management and marketing
