Apollo.io is seeking a forward-thinking and strategic Senior Director, Total Rewards and People Operations to join our People team. This role will lead the strategy and execution of Apollo.io’s total rewards programs and people operations infrastructure globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our compensation and benefits philosophy, driving excellence in people analytics, and building scalable people operating systems to enable efficient growth and a world-class employee experience. This position also encompasses critical areas such as global mobility, immigration, new country expansion, and the entire employee lifecycle.
Reporting directly to the SVP, People, this role is a key member of the people leadership team and will play a pivotal role in shaping the People foundation and operational strategy at Apollo.io, ensuring our people systems, policies, and programs are future-ready, data-driven, equitable, and aligned with business goals.
