Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated demand planning with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and pipeline visibility
  • Develop pricing analytic frameworks to understand profitability, competitiveness, and customer value across the portfolio
  • Align pricing with strategic and financial goals; manage internal pricing approval process, communicate strategic context for pricing decisions, and create scenarios for other options
  • Champion a unified, data-driven CX strategy to enhance satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value
  • Lead cross-functional project team to identify and execute CX initiatives to improve the Clarios value proposition with key customers
  • Oversee CRM governance, sales process optimization, and performance management
  • Design compensation plans, incentives, and territory strategies
  • Maintain executive dashboards and KPIs to track performance and inform decisions
  • Partner with sales leadership to deliver training, tools, and insights
