Requirements

The Vice President, Revenue Operations will require a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills, including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), data analysis tools, and forecasting methodologies are essential. Experience leading and developing revenue operations teams is also required.

Responsibilities

This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive revenue operations strategy, leading and managing a team of revenue operations professionals, overseeing forecasting processes and pipeline management, driving data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, establishing and leading a holistic revenue enablement strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align enablement initiatives with revenue goals. The VP will also be responsible for enhancing forecasting accuracy, improving pipeline management, and ensuring strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, as well as overseeing centre of excellence, pre-sales, customer lifecycle, sales compensation, and Salesforce administration.
