Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Sales Operations will lead the development and execution of Revenue Operations strategy to optimize the performance of customer-facing teams, including Employer Sales, Customer Success, Health Plan Sales, and Partnerships. This role involves directing organizational strategies for sales force productivity, including quota management, pipeline management, and sales compensation plans. The position also entails architecting a roadmap for process improvement, championing continuous improvement, and building influential relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Alliances, and Marketing to ensure cohesive strategy execution, as well as guiding effective sales compensation strategies and leading a Revenue Operations team.
