Omada is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead and further scale this key function within our organization. This role focuses on every operational aspect of the buyer’s journey by designing, optimizing, and driving performance of the GTM operating system (e.g. data/insights, processes, and technology). The Sr Director of Sales Operations oversees a team of operational talent spanning, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations and channel operations. This is a high impact position in a fast-growing, highly successful organization that offers tremendous room for professional growth. The position reports to the VP of Commercial Operations.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of Revenue Operations strategy to support and optimize the performance of all customer facing teams including, Employer Sales, Customer Success, Health Plan Sales, and Partnerships. Lead annual roadmap planning and strategic initiatives to scale operations in alignment with company objectives.
  • Sales Force and GTM Optimization: Direct the organizational strategies for sales force productivity including quota management, pipeline management, process optimization, and the design and administration of sales compensation plans. Influence decision-making by developing robust forecasting and pipeline management methodologies.
  • Process Excellence: Architect a growth-oriented roadmap for process improvement, with system and tool enhancements that provide data-driven insights to advance productivity metrics across our B2B2C customer journey. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Build and maintain influential relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Alliances, and Marketing to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Partner closely with senior leadership to enhance sales processes and facilitate successful rollouts of new initiatives.
  • Compensation Strategy Management: Guide effective sales compensation strategies in collaboration with People Operations and Finance, managing the annual sales compensation cycle, compensation committee and governance.
  • Cross-functional Integration: Lead Omada’s Commercial roadmap planning planning. Ensure forecasting, and budgeting efforts are harmoniously integrated with broader company processes, driving alignment across departments.
  • People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a Revenue Operations team and culture aligned with Omada values. Serve as a member of the Commercial Operations senior leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience, in sales operations, revenue operations
