The Vice President of Research, Measurement and Evaluation (RME) should possess a strong academic background, potentially including a Ph.D. in a relevant field such as education, economics, statistics, or social sciences, and extensive experience in research, measurement, and evaluation methodologies. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and qualitative research methods is essential, along with a deep understanding of educational systems and learning science.
The Vice President of Research, Measurement and Evaluation (RME) will lead the RME team to answer critical questions about student learning and program effectiveness, conducting comparative analyses across NewGlobe schools and locations to assess the quality of teaching and learning. They will develop and implement rigorous measurement systems, provide feedback to school leaders and managers, assess the impact on student learning, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders, ultimately driving continuous improvement within the Academics Group.
