Requirements

Advanced training in health services research, mathematics/statistics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. Proven experience in building and applying AI, predictive modeling, and data visualization to real-world program and policy settings is necessary. Proficiency with data tools and platforms including SQL, Python, and Snowflake is essential, as is substantial direct management experience building and leading teams in a fast-growing environment. The ability to lead, coordinate, and facilitate new ideas into action while collaborating across multiple dynamic projects and teams is also required.

Responsibilities

Develop the research and impact analytics arm of the clinical vertical, including creating portfolios of programmatic, organizational, and population-level analysis projects. Apply the most appropriate methods to meet business needs and lead/design descriptive, predictive, and causal inference statistical analysis for large-scale projects. Work with stakeholders to integrate impact analytics insights into decision-making, translate analysis results, and synthesize findings to produce strategic and tactical recommendations for leaders. Facilitate projects related to the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure, oversee data pipeline development, and develop data governance structures. Identify data platform needs and vendors, contribute to product and technical roadmaps, and develop a team structure to support research growth, providing technical supervision and mentorship to team hires.
