Requirements

Responsibilities

The Head of Insights will lead the Insights team, setting TRM's thought leadership agenda while maintaining hands-on technical expertise. Responsibilities include establishing TRM as a definitive source for blockchain intelligence through research strategy, producing industry-leading reports, briefings, and rapid-response analyses. The role involves building and leading a world-class team, creating a center of excellence, and shaping future experts. Additionally, the Head of Insights will drive TRM's growth and product strategy by embedding team insights into the product roadmap, marketing campaigns, and sales efforts to create measurable commercial value.
