Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline, and have between 5 and 10 years of valuation experience. A CFA or CPA certification is preferred, and experience in private equity, real estate valuation, transaction services, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, consulting, data analytics, or private company valuation is a plus. Previous experience with the Big 4 valuation practice is also desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, Valuations, you will serve as the primary liaison for the client on all valuation matters, overseeing and executing the end-to-end valuation process, including deliverable tracking, presentation, and model reviews. You will advise deal teams on valuation model development, ensuring adherence to client policy and external reporting standards, and facilitate the onboarding of new client portfolio investments. Furthermore, you will critically assess client assumptions, coordinate annual audits, and champion improvements in valuation processes, procedures, and technology while developing and refining presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders and leading discussions with diverse stakeholders.
