  • Leadership experience managing a team of 3, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with teams like procurement, external partners, agencies, vendors, Global Consumer Engagement, and retailers
  • Proficiency in monitoring/analyzing promotional performance metrics and providing optimization insights
  • Knowledge of consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis for assortment decisions
  • Capability to handle special projects such as sampling, visual merchandising, and line edits

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of promotional strategies/initiatives (holiday, limited-edition sets, sampling, gift-with-purchase)
  • Partner cross-functionally to create promotional offers/activations driving acquisition/sales, aligned with retailer strategies
  • Monitor/analyze promotional performance metrics and provide insights/recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure seamless execution of promotions (program development, creative briefs, campaign needs, messaging)
  • Develop/execute global merchandise plans (saleable merch, launch support, influencer mailers) aligned with brand vision/consumer preferences
  • Collaborate with procurement/partners/agencies/vendors on merchandise innovation (design, costing, execution)
  • Spearhead collaborations with fashion/creative/entertainment entities for limited-edition products
  • Assess merch needs and new opportunities with internal teams
  • Utilize insights/trends/competitive analysis for assortment decisions and growth opportunities
  • Lead special projects (e.g., sampling, visual merchandising, line edits)
  • Lead/develop team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and improvement
