  • 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience
  • 4-5 years of direct people-leadership experience in specialty pharmaceuticals
  • Experience in specialty pharmaceutical markets such as neurology, cardiology, endocrinology, pain management, rare disease, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to the Adult Specialty Sales Team
  • Drive commercial execution and ensure alignment to brand strategy, field priorities, and organizational goals
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Sales Operations, and Medical Affairs to execute integrated commercial strategies
  • Develop and implement national and regional sales plans, forecasts, and key performance metrics to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Directors and field leaders
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess market dynamics, identify opportunities, and optimize territory alignment and resource deployment
  • Lead adult specialty customer engagement strategy
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Development to build and sustain a high-performing sales organization
  • Provide strategic input into new product launch plans
  • Serve as a key member of the Adult Specialty leadership team, contributing to broader business strategy and decision-making
