Demonstrable track record of successfully managing matrixed change strategies
Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels
Ability to develop and execute a results-oriented plan within a high-growth global environment
Background in scaling a services business
Experience managing a P&L
Experience working for a world-class, successful, global, multi-tenant SaaS business
Strong leadership skills to manage a global team

Ability to architect and define systems roadmap, architecture, and rationalization plan

Responsibilities

Define and drive the multi-year Global PS strategy, organizational design, and operating plan
Influence and design compensation and incentive programs
Own, implement, and govern the PS Operational Framework and core operating cadences
Ensure compliance by overseeing governance for Statements of Work, managing global audit support, and maintaining applicable SOX controls
Partner with Finance to lead the global target-setting process and ensure timely, effective management of the budget, headcount, and coverage model
Establish and maintain world-class functional reporting and analysis
Architect and define the PS systems roadmap, architecture, and rationalization plan
Lead a global team of PS operations professionals
Act as the key operational thought partner and cultivate strong, strategic relationships with senior leaders
Drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
