Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in FP&A/strategic finance, trading product control, consulting, or a related analytical role. A deep understanding of P&L modeling frameworks across various asset classes, experience building complex financial models and extracting KPIs for CFO/Board Meeting prep, strong analytical skills with large datasets in Excel, and proficiency in income statement and balance sheet analysis are required. The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious, detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and has excellent communication skills. Experience with Workday and the data center industry are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Vice President, FP&A will develop a deep understanding of the data center business, build the data center FP&A function including tools and processes, and own/develop budget, forecasting, and actual reporting frameworks. Responsibilities include creating dashboards and KPIs, collaborating with business leaders and finance teams, leading initiatives to transition Excel-based models to scalable, automated reporting solutions (including Workday implementation), and providing data-driven ad hoc analysis for executive and business-specific reporting.
