Responsibilities

This role involves leading RPO service delivery teams, ensuring client programs and financials meet expectations, building and coaching high-performing teams, setting performance standards, assessing progress, providing leadership and career development opportunities, driving team development, building stakeholder relationships, partnering with internal teams and clients, conducting stakeholder analysis, managing Master Service Agreements, holding client delivery review meetings, identifying and addressing service gaps, participating in the sales process, ensuring client relationships, handling escalations, optimizing productivity, ensuring compliance and auditability, reviewing resources, and supporting change management.
