Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 10 years of experience in Workday HCM, with a strong focus on Continuous Value Services. Demonstrated expertise in Workday’s HCM modules, including Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, and other cross-functional teams is essential. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop remote teams are required, along with experience in recruitment, development, and performance management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Workday HCM Senior Manager (Continuous Value Services) will provide expert guidance to the CVS management team, assist the sales team with sales activities, and lead and manage a diverse team of managers and consultants supporting Workday solutions. This role involves identifying business needs, staffing projects, ensuring consultant adherence to methodologies, driving customer satisfaction, and mentoring team members. They will also contribute to forecasting, assist with escalations, support the RFP process, review estimates and SOWs, and oversee CVS projects, while promoting a team-oriented and innovative work environment.
