Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential, as is a strong work ethic and a drive to excel. PC proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
The VP of Sales will be responsible for building, managing, and leading a direct sales division at Clearent by Xplor, including Regional Sales Directors, District Managers, and Account Executives, and achieving and surpassing team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. They will also need to heavily and consistently recruit to expand the territory, demonstrate integrity and ethics in representing the Clearent by Xplor brand, drive the team to exceed sales plans, optimize team performance through recruitment, provide insightful reporting and proactive recommendations, solicit and manage key partner relationships, ensure team professionalism, market additional Clearent products, learn and understand Clearent’s programs, and effectively communicate this information to prospects, clients, and Account Executives.
