Requirements

As the Vice President, Employee Success, you will lead a high-impact team focused on shaping and driving talent success for our global team, overseeing HR Business Partnering, Performance and Talent Programs, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, and Culture & Belonging. You will develop strategies that equip our workforce with the skills and leadership necessary to thrive in an AI-driven future, champion a strong, inclusive company culture, design and implement talent programs, lead global employee listening strategies, and serve as a key advisor to senior leadership.
