You will be expected to act as a brand ambassador and must be able to exercise high levels of discretion and deliver results in a fast-paced, data-driven work environment. As a member of CodePath’s Talent Engagement team, you will be a driving force in the rapid scaling of CodePath. We aim to serve 100,000 computing students annually by 2030 and train engineers who will generate over $1.5T in wealth for low-income communities within the next 20 years.

Key Activities

  • Represent CodePath’s mission, values, and growth trajectory in conversations with candidates and executive network.
  • Move candidates efficiently through the process while ensuring quality.
  • Report on search progress, pipeline health, and market trends to inform hiring decisions.

Qualifications

  • Consistent track record and strong performance with sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary VP or C-level talent (especially passive) for 50-150 employee sized start-ups.
  • Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
  • Data-driven decision making through the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong commitment to CodePath’s mission and values, particularly around equity and access in tech.
  • Self-starter with a track record of operating autonomously in fast-paced environments.
