Responsibilities

The Executive Recruiter will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for VP or C-level roles, including role scoping, market mapping, passive candidate sourcing, screening, interview process design, and offer negotiation, provide an exceptional and high-touch candidate experience, collaborate with C-level and senior leadership to shape hiring strategy, represent CodePath’s mission, values, and growth trajectory in conversations with candidates and executive network, move candidates efficiently through the process while ensuring quality, and report on search progress, pipeline health, and market trends to inform hiring decisions.
