The Vice President – Client Services requires experience as a global leader within Talent Acquisition, fluency in English, and the ability to lead RPO service delivery teams across a portfolio of client accounts. Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills and a clear understanding of Master Service Agreements are also essential.
This role involves building and leading high-performing teams, setting performance standards, providing coaching and development, driving team development, building stakeholder relationships at various levels within client organizations, partnering with internal teams and clients to ensure successful implementations, conducting stakeholder analysis, holding regular client delivery review meetings, identifying and addressing service gaps, participating in the sales process, ensuring client service compliance and auditability, optimizing resource allocation, ensuring transparency and reportability of services, and supporting change management initiatives.
